Well it’s over for 2023! What a time…numbers haven’t been calculated yet but we know the attendance was well over 10,000 for the two days. AMAZING!
Everyone was safe, save for a few Bandaids for scraped knees and the like! Thank you all for the positive comments, high fives and kudos too.
Major shout out to the 100+ volunteers who made these past couple of days happen…we choose yellow shirts for volunteers because it’s easy to see but it’s also the closest colour to sunshine and that’s really what you all were to the 1000’s of kids that came this weekend. THANK YOU for giving your time.
And to my fellow Airdrie Children’s Festival Society Board of Directors – Tara Levick, Jodie Guenther, Alison Seipp – WHAT AN AMAZING job. There isn’t a better group to work with!! Love you all!
